Delivery:

Laina Couture offers for sale products that are in stock and products that are available on order. If the product displayed on our site is out of stock you can register for a special notification at client@fashionblaina.eu and you will enter our waiting list for the desired product you will be notified within 24 hours about Product availability, so you can confirm your order. Please be aware that occasionally certain products that have a particularly high demand will be sold in a fairly short period.

Delivery of products will be done anywhere in the country and abroad. Laina Couture reserves the right to confirm orders before honoring them by contacting our customers.

Delivery is made through Urgent Cargus for orders in Romania and by DHL for international orders, depending on the delivery area and the weight of the product, the transport cost may be different.

The delivery term will be communicated to the phone ordering sender of the order by sales consultants Laina Couture.

The delivery term of the product will be agreed by phone with the sales consultant, will be entered in the order and on the pro forma invoice, but will not exceed 50 days from the receipt of the order.

Order processing can take 3-5 days for stock products, up to 20-50 business days during rebate campaigns, promotional offers, or wagering times.

Any order is subject to subsequent verification of availability of the products in stock. If the customer is not found at the specified address, within the agreed time interval, the courier will return once more after contacting the customer, after whom the order will be canceled and the product returned to the premises, the customer going to bear the cost of a new delivery, regardless of the value of the products ordered.

The receipt of the products is the customer’s acceptance that the products have arrived in good condition and the proof is represented by the customer’s signature on the legal tax documents.

When making the delivery, please ensure that the product is packaged, integrated and accompanied by the tax invoice. Any further claim comes out of the responsibility of Laina Couture, the bill is a sale / purchase contract under Romanian law in force. The customer expressly agrees to the signature of the package accompanying document that he / she has received the product / products that is / are in compliance with the order and its needs.

Fashion by Laina reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be honored for reasons beyond Laina Couture, including: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil disturbances or other impediments of force majeure according to the Romanian law.
